Revision control on a single file

Hello,
I want to keep track of several single files scattered around my disk.
e.g: windows autoexec.bat, emacs dot file and more ...
I cannot figure out a good way in SVN.
For .emacs file, I could just put the whole home directory to SVN
repository, though not so good.
But for autoexec.bat, it seems to be impossible as it is in window C:
directory.
Any hints? Thanks.

Regards,
Yanghui Bian
