The archive gets "stuck" once a month. We tell collabnet ops person,
they fix it.

But the truth is, the archive is so broken as to be basically
useless. If you've ever tried to do a search, the results returned
are seeming random, and sorted randomly too.

Like the internet itself, this project seems to have "routed around
the problem". Everyone accesses different archivers now, like this one:

   http://www.contactor.se/~dast/svn/

Someday, tigris.org will be upgraded to a better version of
sourcecast, and the mail archive should be usable again.
