Hello Paul, hello list,

I'll leave for vacation on the 30th of June for about three weeks. I'm
looking for someone who can takeover my duties as the patch manager
during that period.

Paul, you also expressed interest[1] in the patch management job when
Karl asked for volunteers[2], so I feel obliged to ask you first. Do you
want to take it over for a few weeks?

If not, does anybody else want to? In short, you would have to keeping
an eye on all incoming patches on the dev list, normally recognisable by
a subject containing "[PATCH]". If a patch isn't applied and it wasn't
decided to be wrong or unnecessary after a few days, you should file a
PATCH issue and send a message to the list that you've filed an issue
for this patch.

I'll post the current list of outstanding patches this weekend if
someone steps up.

Sander
