Removal of .cvsignore file causes problems

Hi all,

I had a cvs project that I imported to svn after deleting all the CVs
folders. I however left behind the .cvsignore files. After doing a
checkout I removed the .cvsignore files with tortoise svn. I now get
error messages whenever I try to do an update that I get erros about the
working copy being locked. An attempt to do a clean up results in the
following error message.

start_handler: error processing command 'committed' in d:/xxxx log
command for dir .cvsignore is mislocated.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Also I am waiting for the version 1
release will I be able to upgrade painlessly from my current version of
0.21?

Tia

Mark
