Re: Windows 'Access Denied' errors

Today I just got this on a fresh XP machine -- Indexing Service off, no
AV stuff installed at all, etc. I've been running a variety of stress
comboes over the last few days and had a few different errors when this
one popped up today. There were four stresses running at the time.
Post-mortem checking indicated the files we're accessible, not
read-only, nothing wrong. And it was not the entries file.

I'm quite convinced now that there is a problem with NTFS, but I can't
recreate it outside of multiple stress.pl's and even then it's only
happened once in around 60k+ revisions counting all machines I've been
testing on. I guess I'll just post a retry patch for Windows until it's
recreatable (and/or fixed by MS) or something.
