Yeah, lemme commit first. Still running 'make check'. If you're
running only released-versions of svn, then it's both a client and
server change. You'll need to upgrade both to HEAD, or just wait one
more day for the 0.23 release. Restartable checkouts will only work
if both client and server are 0.23 or later.
