Thanks for the response. I renamed the file, but the commit notices still
aren't going out. When I run 'post-commit' from the command line as the
subversion user I get mail, but commits to the repository don't do anything.
  As far as I can tell the permissions are correct. Any other suggestions
are appreciated.
