Read the W32notes.txt file wich can be found in one of the following
directories/places:

* The subversion repository:
  In the directory "packages/win32-innosetup"
* The directory where subversion are installed if you downloaded and
  used the installer distribution.
* On the web at:
  http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk/packages/win32-innosetup/
