RE: Error Installing Subversion in Windows 2000

Frans,

There are two reasons that Apache will not start up mod_dav_svn:

1. It cannot find libdb40.dll. Make sure that this dll is in
c:/Apache2/bin
2. Mod_dav was not loaded. Make sure that the line that loads it in
httpd.conf is uncommented.

Try either of those things, then get back to us.
