this seems like useful functionality, but personally i find the
svn+ssh:// syntax ugly. how about svn:ssh:// ? or would the rules for
url's make that : illegal? unfortunately i can't really think of any
other characters that might seem less "ugly". in any event, i don't
think that my "i think it's ugly" argument is really enough of an
objection, so go with whatever you think is best.
