RE: svnserve config file

I just reread that section and was starting to get the impression that the server config was for client configuration.

I guess that means I have a different problem: I have a server pointing to an active repository and I can't sign stuff out with the client:

The server window:
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
C:\>svnserve -r /db/svn/swarm
( 1 1 ( ANONYMOUS ) ( ) )

The client window:
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
C:\>svn log svn://127.0.0.1/
svn: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

svn: Can't connect to host '127.0.0.1'
