Yup -- quite deliberate, for quite a few reasons. As Tom has pointed out,
CollabNet still has a good amount of control, but we try to keep that locked
in the basement :-) I think it is/was a good choice, and there certainly
isn't any desire to change it.

And, as you point out, the monkeys *are* out of the cage; it would be
difficult to change things even if we wanted to try it. :-)
