Router issues. Dammit. If I configure my http.conf to server up
the svn repository through localhost or across the local subnet it
works fine. It is when I point out to DNS and come back in through
the router that I get issues. Web pages serve up fine, but
obviously the webdav doesn't like it. I am compiling subversion on
an outside machine to see if it has issues coming in or it is only
when doing a round trip.

When pointing to locahost I checked out no less than 6 times in a
row after deleting the local copy and never had an issue.

I am doing more research still.

Dan
