swig-py bindings...

I'm trying to get the SWIG binding for Python up so I can use the cvs2svn
tool on one of our repositories. I grabbed the source for 0.20.0 and
compiled everything (on RedHat 8.0), and then ran 'make swig-py' and then
ran 'make install-swig-py' as root. The first command completes with no
errors. I run the second command and I get complaints from libtool about
having to relink various libraries (all of the _* libraries... i.e., _wc,
etc.). Have I missed something here?
