[OT] - Praise (was: Contributing to Subversion)

Well, if it is praise that you are looking for, let me be another to
heap a generous portion!

I'm a Software Configuration Manager primarily working with MS Visual
Source Safe, though I've managed PVCS, ClearCase, CVS, and Perforce.

That having been said, I've been following Subversion from the sidelines
and am waiting in great anticipation for v 1.0! (Unfortunately, I can't
really make the case for submitting our code repository to a 'beta'
repository, no matter how robust.)

From the sidelines, it looks like Subversion is addressing many of the
issues that I've found lacking in other systems, and I look forward to
being able to implement it when it is ready.

Thanks to the subversion team, and I really do look forward to your
final product!
