Maybe, but IMHO, they've got to actually make a tarball available of
something before you can really consider it an option... :-/
apr-iconv is way too much of a moving target at the moment. You could
check it out today, I could check it out tomorrow, and one might work
and the other not, and there's no real way, short of telling people
"get a CVS co of the apr-iconv tree as of $DATE".

Unless you want to start bundling it in the subversion tarballs like
the other apr bits are. :-/
