I'm +1 on splitting out svn_diff. Sander's asking politely for it,
people, and for crying out loud, we now have our *own* diff library!
People have been crying for a BSD style diff for years, and *we've*
got one. Yay Sander!

Sander deserves a little leeway here for the above reasons--I think
that everyone wants this to eventually become its own diff project, so
I'm willing to nurture it along the way as much as possible.
