Haven't looked over the patch yet, but to answer your question
immediately: I had originally our compatibility concerns should apply
to all RA layers, but at one point Greg Hudson posted saying he
personally didn't plan to worry about ra_svn compatibility issues much
at this stage. I don't know if that's still true; Greg?
