It is consistent with the naming of the binaries package. You wanna argue about
that, you're gonna have to talk to me, bub. If you dare. :-)

The paths are assigned by SourceCast; there's nothing we can do.

OTOH, if you want automatic downloads, you only have to parse the the posts on
announce@subversion.tigris.org. :-)
