I don't know either. I'll keep the wc around for a bit just in case
somebody thinks of something.

What about the idea of having svn status verify the MD5's when it's
doing all the work anyway to compare files? I know this would slow
things down, but we could add a command line option or compile time
flag that would enable this behavior by default, and turn it off when
we reach 1.0.
