Re: build (install) error (mod_dav_svn)

well, i got it working.

some of these steps were probably irrelevant, but for the record, here's
what i did:

- upgraded neon to 0.23.7 (was at 0.23.3)
- upgraded gcc to 3.2
- did a 'make distclean'
- deleted all my libsvn* (again)
- autogen.sh; configure [same args as before]; make; make install

and no problems this time.
