win98 console problem

Hi,

I just tryed to install subversion on a Windows 98 box and it failed. I first tryed the svn-0.18.0-r4973-2-setup.exe and then the svn-win32-r5118.zip one. But I get twice the same error when I try to run svn:
svn: error: cannot set console input codepage (code 120)
I looked in the mailing list, but couldn't find anything. Does someone know why this happens? I tryed it in the Windows command line as well as in the cygwin bash but it didn't make any difference.
