Mh yes it looks similar. The original issue dealt with directories and
seemed to be directory-related, but the comments are close to our
problem.

I'll try to create a recipe for my bug and post it as a comment there.

Anyway, Karl Fogel's workaround :

   $ svn mv http://myserver.foo.bar/repos/fish.html http://myserver.foo.bar/repos/Fish.html

should do the job for now, since it seems to work just fine.
