Those charts are ra_local graphs, I haven't bothered to perf test httpd
because we already know why its so slow. Basically when you connect
over ra_dav, it makes at least one connection to the db per task
(sometimes more in the case of merges) and its doing nearly 3x-7x more
IO operations than ra_svn or ra_local.
