Win32 does have some async calls, but I'm not sure why a client would
use them...in general, they are usually for heavy usage/scalable server
stuff. I'll look at this closer today.

This is just a wild guess:

What about if some win32 api's function (which are used by svn) are
asynchronous? So it could return before it is finished, and thefore the
move will be fail?
