Svnserve in Windows binaries

Hi,

I'm just wondering what the status of svnserve on windows is? And the real question - is what are the chances of the Windows
binaries including it in the future? I'd like to play with remote access but haven't got a suitable dev environment set up, and
installing + configuring apache seems ott for my playing needs.
