cvs2svn regression tests?

Sounds like it might be time to add some simple regression tests for
cvs2svn?????

How hard would that be...pretty simple? If it is easy, I could take a
stab at it.

Kind of a bummer to be all set to try out the new 0.17.0 only to find out
because of interface changes the cvs2svn doesn't work and previous
versions work. Waaaaaah. :-(
