Excellant! Thanks! It appears to be humming along nicely now.

That last piece was what I was missing, and now I remember that I saw that
in the PYTHON tests stuff but I would have never remembered that without
you guys to jog my memory. :-)

Next step is to try to figure out if I can run a httpd process during the
build/check RPM procedures to test the ra_dav layer. I'll work on that
tonight/tomorrow.
