Off Topic: Meta-CVS

I was playing with Meta-CVS (the author plugged his project on
comp.sys.config-mgmt). Interested (weird) approach. Meta-CVS is to CVS
as C++ is to C, in one sense, it's a preprocessor layer on top of CVS,
that uses name-mangling to implement a versionable directory/filename
structure approach. Novel! Obfuscated CVS. Not my my cup of tea. The
guy is a sharp developer, though, as his approach allows him to fix an
annoying CVS problem without rewriting CVS. Doesn't solve most of CVS
atomicity problems though. Very nice hack. (In the old fashioned
*noble* sense of the word.)
