Hello. Current GUI Projects?

Hi. Having realized that (a) CVS Sucks, and (b) BitKeeper is expensive
(and closed source), I thought, why not try to help out the Subversion
project. I am wondering who is currently working on a portable (or even
non-portable) GUI for Subversion? I noticed there is a little bit of
VB code floating around (still incomplete?) but nothing much else is
going on.

My own need is for a simple svn gui to be a VSS workalike. Reason
being? It would help me get VSS people out of VSS and into a real
system where we can begin to teach the old dogs some new (svn) tricks.

What is the current state of the project in respect to GUI stuff? I
checked the mailing lists and there hasn't been much traffic since last
June on any GUI topics.
