yes, it was followed by a "no error".

we:
1. experience the error sometimes
2. we can't reliably reproduce it
3. nobody of us has a win-compilation
   set up (any more).
   we are happy to keep it running
   on solaris ;)

so we are not able to build your patch into it. we just can confirm
that we experienced the bug on win-xp, svn client.

If that's followed by ": No error" then you're seeing the neon Win32
socket error handling bug. If you can reproduce that bug reliably,
then
please try the attached neon patch to see if this either makes the
error
disappear, or gives a meaningful error message.
