It barely talks about Subversion and how it improves over CVS. It never
really says why you'd use it instead of CVS. Instead, the articule reads
mostly as "well, there is also BitKeeper and Aegis and Arch, but they all
suck for one reason or another, so all that is left is CVS and Subversion.
oh, and Subversion is better."

If the title of the articule were something like "Easy to Use Version
Control Systems Lead the Pack", then the article might make more sense.
