Milestone 0.17 delayed

The usual -- the CollabNet developers have some non-Subversion work
going on too, and it's taking longer than expected. We're going to
finish that first (in the next couple of days, I expect), then
reschedule the milestone, probably for early January.

Sorry for the delay. Obviously, if other developers want to finish
the milestone work before then, then that's great -- it doesn't have
to be the CollabNet gang :-).
