I did, maybe I wasn't very clear in the original e-mail. svnadmin
recover (as the other programs/commands) waits forever doing (aprently)
nothing.

There are no error messages... Here's the output:

Wow! I don't understand... Now it works!
I've been plaing a litle to see why now it works and found that when
apache2 access to the repository it looks like it doesn't release the
lock or something... When apache is running (and accessed at least one
time to the repository) I get this:
# svnadmin recover lugfi
Acquiring exclusive lock on repository db, and running recovery procedures.
Please stand by...

And waits forever... (I thought it was making the recovery, not waiting
for exclusive lock).
If I stop apache2 the recovery is well done!

Now, I change the question... Why my repository could be dammaged?

Try to stop apache2 if you didn't tried.
