Obstructed update

  Hi.

  I made a fresh checkout of subversion

    svn co http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk subversion

  but "svn up" fails with

    sb@wopr-mobile:/usr/src/subversion> svn up
    svn: Obstructed update
    svn: The entry 'ac-helpers' is no longer a directory,
    which prevents proper updates.
    Please remove this entry and try updating again.

  Removing 'ac-helpers' doesn't solve this, as subversion will then
  complaing about the next directory, and so forth.
