mailer.py hook-script

Hi all,

I think I can introduce myself as a new User to subversion, i'm using
subversion in what will be an industrial environment to replace CVS, as
subversion remove almost all of the inconveniences of CVS.

I'm trying to learn more about how svn works, as i'll undoubtedly have to
write some specific script to admin it.

As a python user, i'd like to use the python swig bindings. I installed
subversion 0.15 with swig installed, and all seems to work properly.

My question is here, I tried to use the mailer.py hook-script that can be
found in subversion sources, but it makes a call to a
delta.svn_delta_compat_wrap function that don't exist, and that I can't
find something approaching in the librairies.

My subversion installation doesn't use apache as for the moment, is this
the reason of the absence of the wrapper function ? or is there something
else ?
