APACHE Branches: Follow devel or stable branch?

I just noticed that Apache branched to a APACHE_2_0_BRANCH.

I'm getting ready to update the RedHat 7.X RPMs and was curious as to
whether I should follow the APACHE_2_0_BRANCH or the current HEAD (which
is the new APACHE 2.1.X)?

I recall seeing something about a "stable" Apache 2.X but I don't recall
anything being said about which version Subversion will use.
