In C programs, there's almost always ample time for things to go wrong
:-)

Philip> Which platform?

FreeBSD 4.6.2.

Philip> How did you build APR/Subversion?

I grabbed the r3687 tarball and built against the included apr,
apr-utils and neon libraries, and against BDB 4.0.14. Most everything
else seems to work just fine.

Philip> Do the Subversion regression tests pass?

Yes.
