HACKING question

Hi,

in the HACKING file, the first section ("Participating in the community")
mentions the "Spec", apparently available in either ps or pdf. This is
ambiguous. Is the Spec chapter 7 of the book (from svnbook.red-bean.com)? Is
it the file /doc/programmer/design/svn-design.texi (neither ps nor pdf)?
What should this properly refer to?

I would happy to patch this up if I knew the current state of the "Spec".

Also, since the previous paragraph in the HACKING file mentions the
subversion.tigris.org web site, it would probably be convenient to have a
link to the appropriate "Spec" on the front page.
