Huh? The author of a work is the copyright holder, unless he explicitly
assigns copyright to someone else. Copyright ownership isn't limited to
corporations.

You and the other authors of RapidSVN should decide what to do about it.
The copyright can be assigned to you personally (as the main author), or
shared between all authors, or you can decide to asign it to some other
entity (if that entity agrees, of course). You could even have a
different copyright on each file, althought that's a bit suboptimal.
