Um, you can't just blanket assign copyright of an entire project to
the Apache Software Foundation (ASF) without a formal (that is,
written) software grant. You can use an Apache-style license if you
wish, or even assign copyright to CollabNet just like Subversion
itself, but if the ASF assumes the copyright, that implies ownership,
oversight, and responsibility on behalf of the ASF, and that's not the
case here.

Also, the date should be 2000-2002.
