Hmm, is the Sleepycat issue tracker public? If it is, we can make a
Subversion issue to track this, so we won't forget to do this when
4.2.XX comes. Our issue would point to the Sleepycat issue, so it's
easy to check the status.
(I couldn't find the bug database on the sleepycat.com website.)
