Whom should I bug about the "Edit project document" servlet on Tigris.org?

That page has a list of folders in it, but somebody had the bright idea
that you don't have to show the folder hierarchy in that list. So now,
of course, you see duplicate names in the list. That's a very rude thing
to do.
