cvs2svn.py commitorder

What is the main reason that changes and deletes are kept separate when
it is time to commit them?

Due to that changes always is commited before deletes I get an error
when 1.4 of libfai.so is to be commited. The delete has an earlier
timestamp, but that is ignored.

committing: Thu Aug 1 15:45:46 2002, over 39 seconds
     changing 1.3 : /trunk/platform/SOLARIS/lib/libfai.so
     deleting 1.2 : /trunk/platform/SOLARIS/lib/libfai.so
