problem building with Berkeley DB 4.1.24

This is not a problem with the APR included in Subversion but rather an
APR problem in general. I could not compile Apache 2 (independant of
Subversion) with Berkeley DB 4.1.24.

I submitted a bug report to the Apache group:

  http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=14328

We should use that to track this issue. It may also effect the DB backend
code in Subversion though.
