ANN: svn-0.14.5-r3578-setup.exe ready for aprovement

Hi,

I have just uploaded svn-0.14.5-r3578-setup.exe as a suggested file at
the Subversion File Sharing site.

NEWS:
  * Upgraded to the Subversion contents of svn-win32-r3578.zip found
    on the Subversion home page
  * The package are now using autogenerated documentation made from
    the doc/book directory in the subversion repository.
  * Fixed some message typos on the installer.
  * Removed the HTML documentation option
