Assuming "original committer" is me, then it's not so. I was using
svn:externals (just started using them), but simplified reproduction recipe
before posting.
And, of course, since both directories come from the same
repository, I want a single commit. In other words: I have a program which
relies an a certain library, which is mentioned in svn:externals
for the program directory. I've made a tweak to the library, used the tweak
in the program and would like to commit both changes as a single commit,
partly because they were tested together.
As I understand cmpilato's post, this will be supported someday, right?
