I have no idea. I'm completely new to xsltproc, fop, and friends (and
as far as I can tell, Jade+DSSSL is "the old way" of transforming
XML).

If anyone here knows what we can do to get bookmarks in the PDF when
using xsltproc and fop, please send in a patch--PDF bookmarks are
currently a pretty low priority.
