mbk *should* be committing his code right now. Letting work sit on his
machine, or saving up a bunch of work for one mother commit, or whatever...
it does a disservice to the people interested in ra_pipe. Because of the
roadblock, other people cannot maintain what is there, they cannot review
the code, and they can't even work on it themselves ("but mbk might be
changing that function").

I've seen several people interested in ra_pipe, and wanting to work on it.
But mbk's lack of committing code effectively blocks those other people from
working on it. Not good.

And bringing in a new dependency like xmlrpc-epi? For big changes like that,
then hell ya... get it in there. It isn't like you're gonna break it.
