tonight i ran the test suite three times: once
with neon 0.23.3, and then twice in a row
(without rebuilding subversion) with neon 0.23.5.

i got significantly different results each time.
(the attached files show the failures, sans details,
for each run separately).

normally when i see random behavior, i think
hardware or OS-level problem. but none of my
other software is behaving strangely... my disk
is nowhere near full... i am stymied.

any ideas?
